Quality

From beginning to end

We strictly adhere to the various current regulations and focus on the quality of our production process to guarantee excellent results. We carry out preventive measures and microbiological tests at every stage of the production process. Regular, careful testing guarantees that standards are respected and that the raw ingredients’ nutritional qualities are preserved.
We have developed products suitable for the new market segments of recent years: singles, gluten-free and light products. We carefully observe the changing needs that emerge in our society because we place great importance on consumer satisfaction.
In 2015 we will focus on an even wider variety of products to meet consumers’ requests.

Certifications

QUALITY

The International Food Standard (IFS) and the BRC Global Standard (British Retail Council) are ones of the most internationally recognized tools for the food company quality assessment. Through an auditing system that checks and verifies the food safety and quality requirements, conducted by accredited third parties, is possible to guarantee the business into the national and foreign market of own brand products and/or of third parties.

ISO 9001:2015

The ISO 9001 international standard is the main tool for building and certifying a quality management system that is adequate for the company’s products and processes. It evaluates methods and procedures, identifies limits and potential, defines principles, draws the guidelines that allow to optimize the production process and continuously improve the effectiveness of the system. It is a sort of exam that judges the efficiency of a company.

ISO 22005:2008

The ISO 22005 certification is an international standard applied to the agri-food business, and it is focused on supply chain traceability. This traceability concerns both companies and agri-food chains, also for those involved in the feed production; its international validity ensures a certification of quality and control of everything that arrives on the consumers’ tables.
